Your role

  • Supervise our sales process, from SDR prospection to Closing.
  • Be the direct manager of the lead of SDR and the AEs and help them implement best practices.
  • Provide coaching and training to help each team to allow them to reach their targets
  • Supervise recruitment closely with the CEO.
  • Gather insights and work closely with the CEO and the CTO on product market fit

Your skills

  • You have been a successful sales person in a startup
  • You became Sales director in a tech startup
  • You speak perfect english (French would be a bonus)
  • You understand sales processes and reporting

Additional Assets

  • Experience in SaaS
  • Experience on Hubspot
  • Experience with nonprofits
  • Fluency in Frenchβ€Œ
