Your role

As the first talent hunter at Zeffy, you will have a critical role in finding the talents who will build and sell the best tech for charities.
  • You’ll own talent hunt, including understanding our needs, writing job descriptions, finding potential candidates, outreaching in linkedin and running interviews. We will need you to build a pipeline of potential candidates for future needs.
  • Be a cultural champion. Understanding what is Zeffy culture, and what are the people we work best with. Implement the right interview process accordingly.
  • Work closely with team to detect the recruitment needs
  • Implement HR career processes when the need for hires is less important.

Your skills

  • Confirmed experience as a talent hunter in a company with a strong culture
  • You speak perfect English and French (we will recruit in both languages)
  • Sales ability. Each role is specific, and as the first Zeffy touchpoint, your sales approach has to be excellent.
