Less than 2 years later in September 2021, we raised our Series A to conquer the United States. As the first talent hunter at Zeffy, you will have a critical role in finding the talents who will build and sell the best tech for charities.
You’ll own talent hunt, including understanding our needs, writing job descriptions, finding potential candidates, outreaching in linkedin and running interviews. We will need you to build a pipeline of potential candidates for future needs.
Be a cultural champion. Understanding what is Zeffy culture, and what are the people we work best with. Implement the right interview process accordingly.
Work closely with team to detect the recruitment needs
Implement HR career processes when the need for hires is less important.
Confirmed experience as a talent hunter in a company with a strong culture
You speak perfect English and French (we will recruit in both languages)
Sales ability. Each role is specific, and as the first Zeffy touchpoint, your sales approach has to be excellent.
