Your role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for nonprofits who create a Zeffy account. You spend time reaching out to nonprofits coming through our inbound funnel, learning about their needs and guiding them so that they get the most value out of the platform. Your main responsibility is to make sure that they become active users on Zeffy.

Key Qualifications

  • Understanding of how nonprofits use technology to gain daily efficiency and fundraise for their cause, and what Zeffy tools can offer them.
  • Comfort using the phone to interact with nonprofits and ask smart questions to quickly understand their needs and potential concerns.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and workarounds to address any situations, apply sales techniques to close accounts, and implement process improvements to accelerate and automate closing.
  • Ability to collaborate with our marketing team to support go-to-market strategies, and with our product team to inform future development of the platform by providing insightful feedback.

Additional Requirements

  • You build strong relationships, quickly.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have at least 6 months of sales experience.
  • You are internally motivated by your goals and you do everything you can to reach them.

Additional Assets - it's just a plus if you have these :)

  • Experience in a startup Sales team
  • Experience in SaaS
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • A Bachelor's degree
