Your role

Your role as an Inside Sales will be to make sure nonprofit who create a Zeffy account really become active users and get the most value from the platform.
  • You have a perfect product understanding of Zeffy platform and know how to answer all objections
  • You understand quickly nonprofit needs by asking the right question
  • You find creative solutions and workarounds to address any situations.
  • You use sales techniques to close all accounts.
  • You collaborate with marketing to support go-to-market strategies.
  • You provide insightful feedback to the product team.
  • You implement process ameliorations to accelerate and automate closing

Your skills

  • You build strong relationships quickly
  • You speak perfect English
  • You have at least six months of sales experience
  • You are focused on your goals (closing rate) and you reach them

Additional Assets

  • Experience in a startup Sales team
  • Experience in SaaS
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • A Bachelor's degree
