# Track volunteer experiences as a teacher

### 0) Log in

To log in, go to [www.zeffy.com](http://www.zeffy.com) and enter your login details. You will then arrive on a dashboard, with student information.

### 1) Track student progress easily

It is possible to consult your dashboard class by class. Just select the option you want at the top of the screen.

Student hours are divided into 3 columns:

\- The first indicates the number of volunteering opportunities the student has enrolled in but has not yet done.

\- The second represents the number of activities awaiting validation.

\- The third contains the number of actions confirmed by the organizations.

{% hint style="info" %}
A legend to the right of the screen explains the color code. Students highlighted in yellow wait for a teacher's action
{% endhint %}

### 2) Validate the student report

By clicking on a student, access the student's reflection and validate the hours or ask for a correction. You can also delete entries that are not valid at all with the black cross. You can do these 3 actions using the 3 color buttons shown in the picture below.

### 3) Validate hours **instead** of an organization.

It is also possible to validate the hours of a student instead place of the non-profit if you know that the hours have been made. Use the green symbol on the left.
