# Adding hours for school volunteering as a student

Once the volunteer activity has been completed, you must enter the hours so that they appear on your profile. See below to find an activity.

1. If you were already enrolled in the activity 

Just go to the dashboard and click on "Add hours" on the opportunity.

The organization will then have to validate the hours. It should be noted that your teacher can validate the hours for you through his administrator access.

**2. Enter off-Simplyk volunteering hours**

You can also add the volunteering you did outside of Simplyk by going to the "Dashboard" and clicking "Add a volunteer experience +".

When you complete the form to add a volunteer experience, you must enter the email address of the person in charge of the opportunity with whom you have volunteered. It is VERY important to enter the correct email address, otherwise the manager will not receive the request to validate your hours.

**3. Reminder for the non-profit**

If the person in charge does not validate volunteer hours, you can send a reminder by clicking on the "Remember" button on "My Hours" in the dashboard.

**4. Modification**

If you have made a mistake in the organization's email there is still time to edit the email address

If you want to withdraw volunteer hours, you can still delete them. To do this, click on "Edit" which is on "My hours" on the activity concerned, then click on the wheel in the top right of the pop-up.

You can then click on "Delete" and confirm that you want to withdraw your volunteer hours for this activity.
