Add your "One-time" event if you have a specific date or "Long term" if the volunteer needs to commit with you.

Then check on the [volunteer map](https://www.simplyk.io/landing/map) that your opportunity is visible.

Please note that for your first activity, a delay of 24 hours is expected before your offer is online

### Connecting with volunteers

An email will notify you every time a new volunteer has registered!

You must contact each new volunteer to confirm the registration and provide all the information needed to complete the volunteer work. See also the page below.

Volunteers will be encouraged to enter their hours after the end of your event. Validation is done from the "to do" tab that appears.
{% endhint %}

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.zeffy.com/org/benevolat/pour-lorganisme/mettre-en-ligne-ses-besoins-en-benevoles.md?ask=<question>
The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.
Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
