# Intégrations de base de données et CRM

Zeffy (anciennement Simplyk) propose des intégrations à plus de 1000 outils web et bases de données de manière facile et intuitive.

Ainsi, quand vous recevez un don avec Zeffy, vous pourrez automatiquement :

* Créer un contact dans votre base de donnée 
* Créer un contact dans votre outil d'infolettre
* Envoyer un message Slack à la personne en charge des dons

Et plein d'autres choses ! Tout cela se configure grâce à l'application Zapier de Zeffy !

Il faut noter que le bénévolat ne s'intègre pas encore aux bases de données.
