# Créer un coupon de réduction

## Création de coupons

Zeffy (anciennement Simplyk) vous permet d'ajouter un ou plusieurs coupons de réduction à votre billetterie. 

Lorsque vous créez ou modifiez un formulaire de billetterie, rendez-vous dans la section "Paramètres avancés" puis cochez la case "Ajouter des coupons de réduction".

### Suivi des réductions

Pour suivre les participants qui ont utilisé les coupons de réduction, rendez-vous sur "Billets vendus".

Vous pourrez observer le montant total de l'achat, le coupon utilisé, et le titre du billet :

Cliquez sur la boite message à gauche de la ligne d'un participant pour ajouter une **note** ou un **rappel**.

### Reçu aux fins d'impôts

Un reçu sera automatiquement émis par courriel aux acheteurs. Ce reçu prendra en compte le coupon de réduction et donc affichera le montant donné après réduction (ARC)
